P2 have been learning all about the properties of materials. We enjoyed testing magnetic and non-magnetic materials during World Around Us time on Monday. We know that a magnet has two poles, a North Pole and a South Pole. We now know that opposite sides attract and the same sides repel.
The iron nail was magnetic. The aluminium tin can was not magnetic.
Continue to find and record objects at home which are magnetic.
