Addressing Bullying Behaviour Policy

In St. Bride's PS , we acknowledge that bullying type behaviour exists in school and in the wider society and that it can impact on the lives, mental health and well-being of those pupils involved.

We, in St. Bride's PS & NU,  are working hard to ensure that all have a "listening ear" and that staff, pupils and parents are aware of our robust policy and procedures. All staff have trained in Level 1 ABSIT training and Senior Leaders have complete Level 3 ABSIT training.

We have a comprehensive preventative curriculum which we continue to monitor and update.  We worked with our pupils to develop bespoke Anti-Bullying Charters for Years 1-2, Years 3-4 and Years 5-7.

We are a solution focused school and endeavor to work in partnership with our pupils and parents to ensure that in line with our mission statement and our "SHINE" motto- that all pupils feel Safe, Happy, Included, Nurtured and Engaged in St. Bride's P.S & NU.

Please find below the school policy and some helpful literature for parents and pupils.
