P4McMahon had a wonderful day enjoying poetry for National Poetry Day. Keeping with the theme of 'The, Environment' we generated words to describe our school environment in Autumn and took a nature walk exploring all our senses. Then,we wrote spiral poetry to describe 'Our school in Autumn’. A great day of creative writing.
