In the month of January we have been thinking about how to be resilient. We have been chatting about things we can do to help when tricky things happen that we don’t like and how we always learn from our mistakes. Today in our Art lesson we completed ‘Mistake Art’ where we turned a negative into a positive. Mrs McNamee gave us our pages but there was a big ‘mistake’ on each page! We then had to problem solve in a creative way to produce our beautiful artwork! Some curve mistakes turned into snakes, vases of flowers or stormy seas! Some zig zag mistakes became snowy mountains and monsters! We loved this Art lesson and we all helped each other to think of ideas! We are a resilient bunch of girls and boys!
