Yr1Blue Launch Trócaire's 2024 Lenten Campaign

19th Feb 2024

A big thank you to Year 1NC who helped to launch Trócaire's Lenten campaign for 2024. Thank you to Trócaire for choosing St. Bride's !

1: Katie and Aadhav from Class P1 Blue, St. Brides PS in Belfast put together their first Trócaire Box at the launch of the Lenten Appeal 2024. This year the appeal focuses on Malawi and the challenges facing people there because of the effects of climate change. Communities have to contend with too little water because of drought or too much water because of floods and this has huge implications in terms of them being able to cultivate their crops and feed their families.
