Today Year 7 Mackle were learning about “LAYUPS”.
Coach Gavin broke down lay ups into three parts.
He told us to run between 30-45 degrees , to dribble on our outside hand and to shoot with outside hand.
It was technical and complicated but he said we improved!
Oscar was praised at the end of the lesson by Coach Gavin for his hard work and skill.
