Year 6 Mc Auley's Viking Masks
22nd Oct 2018
We have been studying the Vikings in World Around Us. We had the choice to create some Viking masks or Viking faces. We had great fun moulding the clay into masks and faces. We left them to dry for a week and painted them today. We discussed how most decorative masks would have been brown and natural as wood was a popular material for Vikings but we decided to have fun with the colours and go a bit ‘crazy’.
