Mr Mc Auley's Year 6 class took part in a health initiative for children called Fitness 8. The focus of the initiative is to highlight the importance of healthy eating and exercise.
Today they learnt about the different food groups and the need for a balanced diet.
The pupils also had great fun during the team games. These were exercises that the pupils can do anywhere to improve their fitness.
The class worked extremely well together in groups and had lots of fun. Well done Year 5 Mc Auley !
