Mr Mc Auley’s class recently created replicas of Viking artefacts using clay.
They used the ‘slip’ and ‘score’ technique to ensure the pieces of clay could stick together.
They then left them to dry and painted them.
The class decided that instead of opting for the natural colour for the Viking artefacts, they would have fun with them and make them more unique by choosing their own colours.
