Year 5 Kennedy-Take 10
Mrs Kennedy's recent weekly class challenge was to encourage her boys and girls to take time to reflect on their life and all the good things in it. Mrs Kennedy wanted to remind all the boys and girls in her class, that they were unique, special and loved. She asked them to "TAKE TEN". To do this, they had to record the following:
TAKE TEN
1 1 thing you want to achieve today
2 2 things you did this week that you are proud of.
3 3 things that you like about yourself.
4 4 things that make you laugh.
5 5 people in your life you are thankful for.
6 6 things in your life that make you happy.
7 7 people who love you.
8 8 things you can do to help others.
9 9 things things you are looking forward to.
10 Take 10 deep breaths .
You can see for yourselves, Mrs Kennedy's class rose to the challenge. She was delighted with the response. Mrs Kennedy is very proud of all her girls and boys and how thoughtful and grateful they are, for all they have.
Miss Joyce just loved reading these. Well done, girls and boys!
