On Wednesday 3rd October 2018 our class brought in a piece of fruit or vegetables that they had never tasted before. We made an alphabet of fruits and vegetables that we tasted – apples, blackberries, carrots, etc. Mehraveh brought in 2 quince but it cannot be eaten raw. It is from the pear family and is lovely cooked in apple crumble. We then made faces from the fruit and vegetables – some people made one eyed monsters! We walked around looking at each other’s creation before giving feedback. What a fun morning we had!
