Today P1, P2 and P3 went to the hall for a special World Book Day Assembly. First we did a group shout. Next Mrs O'Prey told us a story. The moral of the story was books can cheer you up when things go wrong. Then we looked at a PowerPoint about each classes' favourite book. P1 liked Mrs Honey's Hat, P2 liked the The Little Mermaid and P3 loved books by Roald Dahl. Finally Mrs O'prey showed us how to be an author. Mrs Mallon's class won a book.
