On Tuesday 4th of October 2022, ‘Allan the Explorer’ from Wee Critters visited Year 7 Maguire to bring the wonder of wildlife to our school. He shared his passion for animals and his commitment to conservation. He brought along the following creatures: Craig Number 37 (a cockroach), Charlotte the Chilean Rose Tarantula, Trevor the Cane Toad , Severus the snake who is a fully grown Boa constrictor, Arthur the armadillo and three beautiful parrot called, Kiwi, Coco and KiKi-D. It was a thoroughly enjoyable experience and we learnt a lot of new facts about the rainforest.
