This Week in Year 4 Wilson
This week Mrs Wilson has been very impressed with all of the activities her Year 4 class have been working on.
Firstly Ella took part in a research study to find out more about corona virus and here she is, photographed with her certificate she earned. Wasn't she so brave?
Ahmad and Mary have been getting creative by drawing self portraits in the style of Picasso, while Anna made a May altar to remember that May is the month of Mary. She prayed for all the Year 4's who were disappointed to have their First Holy Communion postponed.
Azra, Dermot, Leo, Anna and Cian have continued to explore minibeasts, which is our topic this term. Azra researched all about spiders using News Desk and wrote some facts that she learned. Leo, Dermot and Cian planned their STEM investigation by writing a procedure about what they were going to do and Dermot took a photograph of him carrying out his investigation. He put different materials on the ground in the garden and left them for a while. When he went back he found some minibeasts underneath some of the materials. Dermot and Anna recorded their findings from their experiment.
Ahmad has been working hard on his fractions this week. Keep up the great work!
