In P.4McI we love to read the Beano comic if we get our work finished. We look forward to a new arrival every week and take turns to swap over our comics. As a special treat a boy in our class sent away for two Beano comics, one that was published in 1938 and another in 1945. It looks like kids during WW2 loved reading the Beano as much as we do today.
