On the 20th of October some pupils represented the school at the Swim Ulster Schools Competition at Bangor Aurora.
The P6 team did fantastically well in individual heats with at least 2 of the 6 participants getting through to the finals. The P6 boys team had great success in the freestyle relay event, beating off stiff competition from Methody and Friends Preparatory Departments to take second place in the finals narrowly missing out on first place to Ballyholme Primary. The boys took home the silver medals and will now go to Dublin to compete in the Irish Minor Championships at the National Aquatic Centre in Dublin on 10th February.
