After completing all their Friday Assessments, P6K had their break in the sun on Friday morning and a wee bit of fun was definitely had by all. We took the opportunity to watch the WW2 Spitfire soar over the skies above us in thanks to all our wonderful NHS workers. We particularly enjoyed this as our new class novel, " Grandpa's Great Escape" is all about a WW2 spitfire! Our "Funday Friday" continued as we enjoyed a rather competitive PE lesson followed by our mile a day challenge in the big playground. "Phew!" we were certainly ready for our lunch after all this activity. The day ended with a lovely Art lesson on Viking Jewellery. Mrs Kennedy couldn't get over the talented work produced by all our class - watch this space everyone!
