P6K have been studying the different measurements linked to length lately. We took to the playground today and had a great (but tiring) time estimating and measuring different lengths. We were developing our understanding of the kilometre. We completed our tasks with a 1000m walk. Our times ranged from 5 mins to just over 10 mins -impressive or what??
