As part of Children's Mental Health Week, we took part in a live lesson with hundreds of other children led by Hiip Psychology. There were interactive quizzes, videos, worksheets and even some PE. We discussed different strategies to use when feeling anxious such as exercise, breathing and speaking to someone we trust. There was a lot of brilliant discussion from the children!
