P5Y begin Mental Health Week

6th Feb 2024

We are learning lots this week about looking after our mental health. We began with the ‘5 finger breathing’ approach. We will use this as a tool to help us in times of stress or anxiety. We just love the daily mile in our class too. We feel good after it and ready to continue on with our learning when we return to class. We also acknowledged all the things we are grateful for in our lives.  Our teacher says she is very grateful for a super class but the year is not over yet Ms Young!!!!
