P5 enjoyed learning about the life of Vincent Van Gogh and post impressionist artists who used colour to express emotion. Vincent painted the famous 'Sunflower' painting for his friend using warm colours as a sign of happiness in their friendship. The children then studied one sunflower each from this famous painting to make our very own pot of Primary 5 sunflowers.
