For the last 3 weeks we have been really loving our PE sessions. We have had visitors come into our School Hall and they have been helping with our PE.
First we make sure that we are all doing good listening. We do good looking, good sitting and turn on our brains for good thinking!
Then we do some warm up exercises in our spot and get into our teams.
We have played lots of games - the most important part is listening first and then moving. We listen to the instructions.
We had to put a bean bag into the correct hoop, but there was 3 different coloured bean bags and we had to listen to how we walk (like a crab or bounce like a kangaroo or even crawl like a bear) and which beanbag!! And to make it even trickier sometimes there was a big hoop and a small hoop. On the way back we had to pull ourselves along the bench!
This week, we were putting some treasure into the treasure chest. It was so exciting. We were told 2 pieces of treasure to put in, we walked along the bench and put them in the treasure chest. At the end of the game, we had to remember 3 things!!!!
We did really great listening!! Our visitors and Miss Wynne were very impressed!!
