We watched our very own Butterfly Lifecycle happen before our eyes this term!!
Our caterpillars arrived in a small tub and we watched as they grew into big caterpillars and then turn into chrysalis. When the brand new butterflies came out of their chrysalis we released them in our garden.
We were very excited and keen to make sure the butterflies found flowers to drink nectar from and leaves to lay their eggs under! What an exciting thing to see!!
