We have started to learn lots about letters and their sounds. This week we were learning about the letter 'a'. We brought in some great things for our sound spot; abacus, ambulance, apple, ant, animals. During our task time we had to cut and stick pictures that started with the sound 'a' and then we had to draw 3 things that began with 'a'. We thought of acrobat, astronaut, axe and lots more.
I wonder if you could find anything in your house that starts with 'a'. You could hunt for the letter 'a' when you are out for a walk or at the shop to see if you can find it anywhere!! Happy 'a' hunting!
