Today P7 Marttila watched a live lesson from the BBC for National Poetry Day. This year's theme is the environment. During the live lesson, presenter Katie Thistleton and poet Joseph Coelho explained acrostic poems. J Chambers, another poet described his own environment and how he uses his five senses to create a poem. Throughout the lesson there were tips and tricks to help us create our very own acrostic poem.
