Today in Mrs Mc Allister's class we were measuring objects. First of all we had to name as many measuring tools as we could. We could not remember the name for the "Trundle wheel". It was funny as we all made good guess as to what it was called.
Next we had to measure objects in the class using a ruler. First we had to predict the length of the objects. At first we were not so good at predicting but then our predictions really improved. Some people predicted all objects accurately. Mr Doran would be proud of our prediction skills!
Finally we did a "show me" activity on the white boards. We had to convert metres to cms and cms to metres. Maths really was great fun today!
