Measuring in P2 O'Prey
On Wednesday Mrs O'Prey was so happy to see a dry day. Finally the children could go outside to learn. The children got into groups of 3 to measure the length of things in the P1 yard. They used markers and cardboard to record their guess and count. Yafi, Mary-Jane and Alice measured the snake. Oscar and Catherine used purple lines to measure the hopscotch. Donal and Etain measured the toy-box. Cindy and Aditya used cones to measure the broom. Hannany measured the bat. Alecs and Callan helped her. Sean and Hugo measured a blue stick. Olly and Aaradhya measured the bench while Emily wrote it down. Luke measured the drain cover. Amalia and Martha measured the hopscotch. Oscar, Sienna and Sophia worked together to measure the rope. Everyone had great fun learning outdoors!
