We are enjoying our Literacy task time in P2. We love using our taskboard star to see what our main activities and follow up activities are each day. We are becoming independent learners and each leader is working extremely hard to guide their table.
Today, the Biff table enjoyed practising their letter formation on the interactive whiteboard as their follow up activity.
The Kipper group all worked well together playing rhyme games.
The Chip group impressed Miss Cunningham with their comprehension skills during reading activity time.
The Wilma group used counters and body parts to identify syllables in healthy and unhealthy foods.
The Floppy group had fun making a list of 'et' rhyming words. We were even able to create sentences using our rhyming words.
Some of us practised our words by throwing the dice and then writing the word on our whiteboards. We are star spellers!
You could also practise your letters outside with some chalk on these lovely autumn evenings.
