Year 6 Volume Work with Mr Doran
24th Feb 2016
We had great fun in practical maths. First of all we had to choose one of the labelled containers. Then we estimated how many millilitres we thought were in each of the containers. Next we had to choose the most suitable measuring cylinder to make our readings accurate. I slightly over estimated the amount of liquid in the containers. I worked with Molly and we collaborated together on our estimates. I learnt it was much easier to do estimation of volume with a partner. By Olivia
