In P.6. McMahon we have been designing and building an alarmed trophy stand for a rare Viking artefact. Each group had to construct an electric circuit and demonstrate an open and closed circuit. Part of the challenge was to include a switch system that when the artefact was lifted the alarm would activate. We needed effective team work to complete this task and quite a lot of creativity! If we can do it in school maybe we’ll be engineers when we grow up!
