Today in World Around Us we were learning about Electrical circuits. We used the skipping rope to show how the electricity passes round the circuit and that an electric circuit is immediate when switched on. Mr McAuley was the battery and Emily was the buzzer. Once Mr McAuley started the electricity (by pulling the rope), Emily shouted “Buzz” immediately, proving that electricity is instant.
