Today, P5 K&M were lucky enough to have a visit from the very busy Fire Service who came in to give a safety talk. The firemen highlighted the risks and dangers around the home and instructed the children on what they should do in a fire emergency. They were told to discuss with their families the importance of having working smoke alarms and an escape route plan. Afterwards some of the children were allowed to look around the fire engine and have their picture taken with the crew!
