P5k have been very busy preparing for Christmas in this holy season of Advent. We have written personal targets and used them to create a beautiful Advent Wreath display. We have learnt all about the purpose of Advent and explored the symbolism of the Advent Wreath. We attended mass on Tuesday and took the opportunity to visit the special Advent Wreath on the altar. On Wednesday, we attended Confession as part of our personal preparation for Christmas. We are looking forward to participating in our P7 Carol Service on Friday and we invite all our families and friends to join us. Next week, we can’t wait to wear our Christmas jumpers to school in aid of the Children’s Cancer Fund, however, you can read more about this in our letter comes home!
