Last week Year 3 McIlroy had great fun during their "Learning Through Play" activity.The Year 3 Foyer was transformed into an old classroom. This links in with their World Around Us Topic. The girls dressed in white pinafores and caps and Binod dressed as the school master in a black cloak. Binod had a cane which he did not use! The pretend pupils wrote on chalk slates. It was great fun.We would like to thank Victor and John for making two teacher easels for us to write on and Miss Grainne who made signs for our Victorian classroom. We prefer school today but it was great fun learning about school in Victorian times.
