Last week we had to make a boat using recycled materials as part of our homework. On Monday Mrs McNamee filled a large container with water and we all got a chance to try out each boat and see if they floated or sank. First we were called up table by table so we could have our go. Then we took it in turn to gently put our boats in the water. Finally we realised we were a clever bunch of Primary 1 children as all of our boats floated! We all felt so excited!
Then Mrs McNamee put all our boats on display so everyone could see our creations. She was very proud of us.
