Ordering Numbers in Primary 1 McNamee
One autumn day we took our Mental Maths lesson outside.
We were standing in a number line holding numbers 0-10 and Mrs McNamee asked each of us to take it in turns to swop with one of our friends holding a number.
We had to find the right answer to Mrs McNamee’s question.
Some of us had to swop with the person holding the number that came after a number and some people had to swop with numbers that came before.
We had to listen really carefully; we were really good at it!
