In January we were chatting all about the season of winter. We had lots of winter animals in the water tray and winter jigsaws in the classroom to play with. In our Winter Wonderland corner we even had an igloo and artic animal costumes to dress up in!
One day we were allowed to bring our winter teddies into class so we could draw them. We used oil pastels and Mrs McNamee said they were so good she was going to put them up on the wall so all our mums and dads could see!
Our biggest surprise was that the morning we woke up to bring out teddies into school it had snowed!
We heard a bear story on the mat called “Can’t You Sleep Little Bear” and we cuddled our bears as we all listened together.
We think our bears had lots of fun in our class!
