It was the first outing for St. Bride's B Team. We were playing in the Carragher Cup. We won two matches out of four and were unlucky not to win or at least draw in the other two.
The players were me, ( James McLoughlin ), Peter Mulgrew, John Patrick McCusker, Jack McBride, Lughaidh Mallon (C), Oscar Conlon, Finnan Collins, Rory O'Donoghue, Zach Murphy, Adam Purcell, Dara Sidebottom, Michael Gorman, Joe Mellon, Conor Macillhaton, Ronan McCloskey, Ronan Donnelly and Conor Mc Kavanagh.
Me, Lughaidh and Joe Mellon scored goals. Jack McBride was our Goalkeeper and made a few outstanding saves. It was a very wet and cold day but we all had a great time. I would like to thank Mr Cunningham, Frank McGurk, Finnan Collin's granddad , Mr Gorman and Miss Joyce (our most enthusiastic supporter).
