In March the Eco-Committee enthusiastically participated in a Big Spring Clean. We wanted to support our local community by cleaning local streets and car parks. First we got some hi-visibility vests, gloves, buckets, bin bags and rubbish pickers. We began picking up rubbish along Windsor Avenue and continued into the St Brigid’s church car park. We couldn’t believe how much rubbish was lying around the bushes and fences! The Eco-Committee collected three big bin bags and one bucket of rubbish to our surprise! We are really proud of how much we have improved the area and with your help we can continue to maintain our beautiful school community.
