SOUND SPOT – letter ‘s’ this week
This week we are learning all about the letter ‘s’. We have been exploring how we make the letter ‘s’ and what sound it makes at the start of words. We have a sound spot in our classroom and it has lots of things beginning with ‘s’ on it. It helps us remember the sounds! We even have a mirror to look at our mouths to see what it looks like when we make the sound (our teeth join together and air blows out). We have also explored different online resources about the letter ‘s’.
