Primary One Mrs McNamee Winter Wonderland
10th Jan 2018
For our new topic of winter, we started by painting and drawing lots of wintery scenes. We didn’t get snow on Christmas Day but we hope we might get some soon!
First we painted the sky and snow when it was dry we used black oil pastels to draw on houses, trees and even some snowmen and boys and girls playing outside. We were able to do these pictures quickly and we have used oil pastels lots this year so we were really good at making sure we didn’t smudge our pictures.
We even kept our Christmas lights up as Mrs McNamee said they made our icicles look like they were sparkling!
