This week we have been using our sounds to identify the initial sound in lots of pictures.
We have to name the picture, then say the word slowly and finally find the letter that matches the first sound.
We have been able to do this as long as we listen very carefully. If we make a mistake a friend or adult in our classroom always helps us.
At home you could have a go at trying to name the initial sound of the objects you use as you get dressed / set the table / eat your dinner or even as you play in the park.
