Primary 1 Mrs McNamee “Adding Machines”.

We have been adding a lot in Primary One. Today we were using cubes and an ‘Adding Machine’.

We had to put a given number of cubes into each machine and then ‘add’ one more. We always use our pointing finger to count the cubes carefully. Before we tidied away each machine Mrs McNamee checked if our ‘machine’ had worked properly and we had set out the correct amount of cubes.

We did really well today!
