We are trying learn all the words in our Word Book and on our Word Wall in class. To help us do that, during Task Time we have been using magnetic letters to make the words.
This activity helps us to look carefully at the letters in each word and the order they come in and is another way we can try to remember them.
At home you could ask an adult to write some words on pieces of paper and cut up individual letters so you can put them together like a word jigsaw.
You could also collect milk bottle lids and ask your adult to write a letter on top of each lid and you could move these around to make some of the words in your Word Book.
