P7 Byrne attended a preparation for Confirmation Retreat in the Parish Centre with Sean Farrell. The children discussed areas such as
- Who am I? I'm who God made me
- Our Sacramental journey with Christ. Where have we come from?
- The gifts and fruits associated with confirmation - what do we need to be good Christians
They also discussed the importance of choosing a confirmation name and sponsor. The meaning and significance that this brings.
Finally the children held a mass in Saint Brigid's Church to bring the day to a close.
