P5 Mackle/McKenna are taking part in the Junior Jurors scheme and acting as judges for the shortlist of books up for the prestigious award of the KPMG Irish Children's Book Awards. The children have been reading and discussing the first title 'Rescuing Titanic' this week and today had a virtual author visit with its writer, Flora Delargy. It was a brilliant session and the children have been so impressed with the content and illustrations of her book.
