Primary 3 enjoyed a creative writing workshop by a local author, Declan Carville. They loved listening to his stories, ‘Fairy Glen’ and ‘Valentine O’Byrne’. We looked at the original illustrations and learnt a lot about the creative writing process. We were inspired to write our own creative story about the Fairy Glen. Declan Carville gave us useful writing tips which helped us create imaginative stories for everyone to enjoy.
