P1 Mrs McNamee Using 1p coins
18th Jan 2018
This term we have been using pictures of objects with a price by each one. Then we have been matching each picture with the correct number of 1p coins to pretend to buy it.
Sometimes we don’t set out enough coins or even too many coins, but when we count carefully we are always able to fix our mistakes.
At home you could start to gather up 1p coins in a box and pretend to go shopping and buy some things from around your home.
Happy shopping!
