Today in PE we did gymnastics. We did our usual warm up and listened well to Mrs Merron's instructions. We had to hold our knee, then hold our heel to our bottoms. It was tricky to balance.
We then got mats and hoops to do our gymnastics on. We had to make wide shapes, long shapes, spikey shapes and round shapes. Some people had long shapes on the floor and some people had wide shapes standing up. Mrs Merron was very impressed with our shapes.
At the end of PE today we had time for a fun game. It was called 'Spiders and Flies'. We had two spiders who had to catch the flies and bring them to their webs. It was lots of fun. After PE we were very hot and needed lots water.
