This week we were making our own Aliens! We then had to pretend that we were the Alien and write a speech bubble, we had to describe ourselves.
E.g. I have one green eye. I am slimy and have five legs. I have ten arms.
It was great fun making the aliens and we were great at writing speech bubbles. We were great at pretending we were the character and thinking about what the character (Alien) might say. We know that speech bubbles are the words coming out of the characters mouth. You could try think of speech bubbles for characters in your book at home, e.g. What would Kipper say at this point of the story? What would Mum ask Biff?
